Each week I update this calendar with my recommended workouts for best results.  Feel free to use this as a tool to help in your fitness journey.  On days that you’re feeling a little sore or tired I would recommend doing one of the stretch/cool downs or yoga flows to recenter and relax your body and mind.  Feel free to combine any of the workouts with an another if you feel you need a little extra burn
