Congratulations on becoming a mum, you are so strong and inspiring and I am so proud of you! I am so happy that you have chosen to give yourself the time to focus on yourself and to reconnect to your body after an incredible change.

Below is my basic guideline to what I recommend is safe for you to do in the class and what to avoid, but keep in mind I am not a medical professional:
